very easy to use however when I ordered on line - there was a script that said I could amend my delivery address after Id confirmed payment. But that feature didnt happen. So I emailed your office. Your sales girl rang me and tried to change the del address but the battery had already been despatched. She offerred to ring the carrier to amend- but I said not to worry. But Im very impressed with the action to go the' extra mile' To me thats very good servcie thankyou
