The web-site was clear, informative, and very easy to navigate. Whilst I was a bit surprised that my transaction was accepted for a battery that was out of stock, I received an e-mail on the afternoon of the delivery date telling me so and the offer of a cheaper alternative and a partial refund. This I agreed to by e-mail, which was swiftly acknowledged, and the battery was on my doorstep by 8.30 the following day, despite the appalling weather conditions. Impressive! To get a heavy-duty battery for a 2 litre diesel for £60 with free over-night delivery strikes me as incredible value. I'm well pleased and will recommend to others.
