General good, I liked the speedy delivery. However the web app originally gave me the wrong battery for my car and I had to ring up and get it replaced - you dealt with this well but clearly it would have been better if I had received the right battery in the first place

this is the 2nd time ive bought from here now and still very pleased will continue to use them in the future and recomend them to freinds & family!, i bought one of there alphaline batterys around 5 years ago and its still going strong today with no issues at all even after being run flat a couple of times from lack of use it charged up fine and still performs very well so when i needed a replacement battery for a 2nd car i bought the same brand again all in all very happy

Excellant service ..the battery arrived the following day after order . I wish the website had pointed out how difficult it is to fit a new battery on a VW New Beetle. Need the right tools and is very fiddly..not just a 5 min job.
