I was away from home when my wife's battery failed. I easily found a replacement using the website and ordered a repacement straight away. As this was on a Friday I didn't expect to see the battery until the following Monday but shortly after I arrived back home on the Saturday the battery was delivered. Couldn't have bettered the price & service provided.
