Ordered a new battery on December 23rd, gave the site a quick call to see if it would actually arrive the next day and the woman I spoke to was very helpful, but did say that she couldn't guarantee delivery as so close to Xmas. Put the order through anyway and called back later to get the delivery tracking number, again the woman was very helpful. The battery was delivered before 11am the next day! Great company, great service, great product - would always recommend them.
