Next day delivery and muchy cheaper than Halfords equivalent. Lack of instructions caused very slow fitting. For my car it turns out that you have to remove the spacers from bottom of battery for it to fit in the battery compartment. Problem solved by excellent explanation over the phone. Would use again....provided battery gives good service which I guess I wont know until there is another cold snap

Having searched the Internet for a quality battery at a reasonable price, I chose the one in the battery megastore. The checkout system was quick and easy, and the free delivery was delivered exactly as requested within 48 hrs (I did order on a Sunday). There was very good communication letting me know the status of the order at each stage, and will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

I've bought batteries from this company before. So I had a good idea of what to expect. I was amazed at the delivery service, price and quality of car battery which I ordered previously. I was not disappointed this time either - just much more confident in my purchase. First time I researched as thoroughly as I could, performance and price - correct battery for my car. Eventually 'giving it a go' and pressing the buttons. So pleased that I did. The battery arrived next day and was just as described. Simple enough to fit - engine running again. So much better than going to the shop, getting an overpriced, inferior product and getting it home again. Even better than the hassle and expense of taking it to a garage. This is now the fourth battery (for four different cars) and the first three were terrific. I'm expecting the same of this one. The website is really easy to navigate and there is good, relevant information about the options shown. None of the options are downmarket as found elsewhere - they are all excellent and given ratings by Performance Batteries. I have recommended this way of buying batteries to several people who have (sometimes eventually) ultimately been delighted at the buying process. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Performance Batteries for the ease of buying a quality product with very quick delivery. Totally top people.
