After receiving the wrong battery size, even after using the tool for picking the right battery size I can't say enough about the way the replacement battery was sent out. The gentleman in the technical department called Giles checked everything and made sure the replacement was sent the day after and swapped by same courier. He was polite, informative and couldn't do enough even though it was no fault of the company, but my cars fault for being of a specific changeover date. Many thanks, Stephen Collins.

Came across this company when comparing prices for a new car battery for my car. They were the cheapest I could find, so was a bit dubious. Car battery delivered day after ordering and seems to be doing the job!! Would recommend!

Price, half that of all the usual suspect, Motormania, KwikFit, Halfords, ATS. Delivery address was different to home address. Wasn't sure about organising this online so telephoned. Order taken over the phone late afternoon and it was delivered by 9 a.m. the following day. Well packaged. Fitting it today. Great service.
